Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations (FuzeRx) to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites in the U.S. You will drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and leadership development while improving patient experience, quality, and cost efficiency.

You will mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, implement standardized processes, and use Lean/Kaizen methods to optimize workflows across the network.

Qualifications

• Multi-site fulfillment leadership in healthcare/pharmacy or related fields.
• Experience navigating highly regulated environments with strong controls.
• Proven track record developing leaders and driving performance.
• Strong analytical use of financial metrics and operational data.
• Experience with Lean/Kaizen and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational strategy across multiple pharmacy sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness with federal/state rules.
• Develop and mentor a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Scale standardized processes and tools for consistent execution.
• Monitor metrics for safety, quality, cost, and timeliness.
• Drive end‑to‑end optimization of pharmacy workflows.
