Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations for the FuzeRx segment to lead regional, multi-site pharmacy fulfillment operations. You will drive regulatory compliance, scalability, and performance while developing site leaders and aligning with cross-functional teams to optimize safety, quality, cost, and delivery outcomes.

In this high-impact role, you will translate strategy into scalable regional programs, implement standard processes, and manage P&L performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site fulfillment, healthcare, or pharmacy operations.
• Experience leading high-volume, regulated fulfillment operations.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage cross-site performance.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar tools.
• Experience implementing process improvements (Lean/Kaizen).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Recruiting, Clinical, Logistics).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leaders.
• Standardize processes, tools, and resources for site execution.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen to improve workflows.
• Oversee inventory management and workforce planning with site leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to build leadership pipeline.
• Analyze P&L performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Handle significant site events with risk mitigation and recovery.
• Establish audit, quality assurance, and compliance review processes.
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives.
• Support new site launches and expansions.
