Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations (FuzeRx) to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites in the United States. This role focuses on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and performance, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable regional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years leading multi-site fulfillment or healthcare operations.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong compliance controls.
• Proven track record developing leaders and driving performance.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to use data to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and performance across multiple sites.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and compliance with state/federal rules.
• Develop and mentor a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Standardize processes and tools to improve execution and cost.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen methodologies.
• Oversee inventory, staffing, and space utilization with site leaders.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to build leadership pipeline.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to guide decisions.
• Act as escalation point for major site events.
