Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-build relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. The role spans several East Coast locations and may include virtual work.

You will drive sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, build a strong pipeline with TS&D and Marketing, and coordinate with many stakeholders across functions to deliver growth and higher customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank
• 7+ years of relevant working experience
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions
• Coach and mentor junior employees
