Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in personal care. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, understand Dow’s portfolio, uncover opportunities, and work with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

The role may involve global negotiations or projects while coordinating with multiple sites across Midland, Houston, Collegeville, Marietta, and remote East Coast locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short- and long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
