Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional/global brand-owner relationships in personal care. You will develop annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, identify opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build technical and commercial pipelines.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across regions, with potential global negotiations. The role involves managing multiple stakeholders, delivering account plans, and driving growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Explain short- vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
