Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business relationships for a global personal care brand. You will develop annual sales plans, align with TS&D and Marketing, and build a strong pipeline to drive growth.

You will manage key accounts, engage with multiple stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams through negotiations and pricing initiatives. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with functions to improve CX.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth and cross-business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
