Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand in personal care. You will drive the annual sales plan, align Dow’s portfolio with customer needs, and lead cross-functional teams to capitalize on opportunities.

The role spans multiple U.S. locations with possible East Coast travel. You will manage diverse accounts and negotiate pricing while building a strong pipeline with TS&D and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or military equivalent (U.S. E5 or Canadian rank).
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and cross-business account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Gather market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Drive growth across business units.
