Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business key brand owner relationships in personal care. You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, explore opportunities, and work with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work eligibility required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio — prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
