Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business brand-owner relationships. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, align Dow’s portfolio strengths, uncover opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

You will manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across the region, with potential global negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent at or above US E5 / Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• US-based work eligibility required; no visa sponsorship.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and develop account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short and long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
