Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business initiatives for a global brand owner relationship in personal care. The role may involve global negotiations while primarily serving a regional scope across multiple U.S.

locations. The candidate will develop and execute annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, collaborate with TS&D and Marketing, and manage as well as mentor cross-functional teams to deliver growth and improved CX across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank/seniority.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver improving CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
