Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Regional Banking Relationship Manager Sr to drive new business and deepen existing client relationships within our regional banking team. You will provide insights, structure complex loan transactions, and mentor junior colleagues while acting as back-up to the Market Manager.

targets include businesses with $2M–$50M in sales and up to $25M credit exposures, with a heavy emphasis on customers above $25M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with business banking/commercial lending experience.
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new, profitable business relationships through prospecting and guidance.
• Analyze and close complex loan transactions in Regional Banking.
• Maintain creditworthiness and gather required documentation from applicants.
• Manage a book of existing customers and deepen relationships with targeted businesses.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
