Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 year education and Business Banking/ Commercial lending experience)
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience
• Well-versed in complex commercial credits with 10+ years Business Banking or Commercial sales experience

Responsibilities

• Acquire new, profitable business relationships through prospecting and networking.
• Analyze, structure and close profitable loan transactions of varying complexity.
• Maintain and confirm credit worthiness of customers; gather required documentation.
• Manage a portfolio of existing business customers with sales between $2M–$50M and credit exposures up to $25M.
• Deepen relationships through collaboration with internal partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
• Lead portfolio management including quarterly reviews and credit package delivery with the Huntington Loan Center and Commercial Loan Servicing.
• Represent the bank in the community and collaborate with junior colleagues on complex credits.
