Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Senior Regional Banking Relationship Manager to acquire new business and deepen current relationships. You will target companies with $2M–$50M in sales and up to $25M in credit exposure, providing insights and guidance while mentoring junior colleagues.

The role back-ups the Market Manager and partners with Loan Center/Servicing to ensure complete credit packages, with a focus on complex commercial credits and community presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 year of education and Business Banking/ Commercial lending experience).
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new, profitable business relationships through prospecting, networking and insights.
• Analyze, structure and close complex loan transactions in Regional Banking.
• Maintain credit worthiness and gather required documentation from applicants.
• Manage relationships with existing business customers in the $2–$50M sales range and up to $25M credit exposure.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver customer solutions and mentor junior colleagues.
