Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks a Regional Banking Relationship Manager Sr. to acquire new business and deepen existing relationships. You will provide insights to business owners, manage portfolios with significant credit exposure, and back up the Market Manager as needed.

The role emphasizes senior-level sales, credit structuring, and mentoring of junior staff, with strong collaboration across loan centers and servicing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 year education and Business Banking/ Commercial lending experience).
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new, profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting and networking.
• Analyze, structure and close complex loan transactions for regional clients.
• Maintain and confirm credit worthiness of customers with proper documentation.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, focusing on $2–$50M in sales and up to $25M credit exposure.
• Collaborate with internal partners and mentor junior colleagues on complex credits.
