Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4 years in Business Banking/Commercial lending.
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.
• Well-versed in complex commercial credits; 10+ years Business Banking or Commercial sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquires new profitable business relationships through prospecting, networking and advice.
• Builds and maintains a robust network of local market COI relationships.
• Analyzes, structures and closes complex loan transactions in Regional Banking.
• Maintains and confirms credit worthiness of customers.
• Gathers, reviews and tracks documentation from applicants.
• Manages relationships with existing customers, focusing on $2–$100M sales with up to $25M credit exposure.
• Delivers comprehensive bank solutions via internal partnerships.
• Performs portfolio management including quarterly reviews and CAR activities.
