• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 year of education and Business Banking/ Commercial lending experience)
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience
• Well-versed in complex commercial credits with 10+ years Business Banking or Commercial sales experience

Responsibilities

• Acquires new, profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting and networking.
• Analyze, structure and close profitable loan transactions of the most complex nature.
• Maintain and confirm credit worthiness of customers and gather documentation.
• Manage relationships with existing business customers, focusing on $2–$50M sales and up to $25M credit exposure.
• Deepen relationships through internal partnerships and provide insightful guidance to customers.
• Perform portfolio management including quarterly reviews and CAR activities.
