Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Senior Regional Banking Relationship Manager to acquire new business and deepen existing relationships with commercial clients in the market.

You will analyze credits, structure complex loan transactions, and mentor junior colleagues while coordinating with Loan Center and Servicing teams. The role targets businesses with sales between $2M and $100M and credit exposures up to $25M, with heavy focus on those above $25M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education; 4-year degree and 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquires new, profitable business relationships through prospecting and advising.
• Analyzes, structures and closes complex loan transactions in Regional Banking.
• Maintains creditworthy customer relationships and manages portfolio reviews.
• Collaborates with internal partners to deliver client solutions and mentoring.
