Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional accounts and lead cross-functional teams. You will develop and execute sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and drive opportunities with key global brand owners in personal care.

The role may involve global negotiations and travel based on business needs. Responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, negotiating pricing, and delivering growth across regions while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent or higher.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and cross-business account relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care.
• Develop and deliver annual sales plans; understand Dow’s portfolio to identify opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with TS&D and Marketing to build a sales pipeline.
• Conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Balance short- and long-term trade-offs in win-win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
