Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional accounts and manage a key global brand relationship in personal care. The role involves developing annual sales plans, leveraging Dow’s portfolio, and driving opportunities across cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline, lead negotiations, and mentor junior staff while traveling as needed across multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Proficient in CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
