Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional accounts for a key global personal care brand owner. You will manage cross‑business relationships and develop annual sales plans, drawing on Dow’s portfolio strengths to uncover opportunities and build a robust pipeline in collaboration with TS&D and Marketing.

You will lead cross-functional teams, negotiate terms, and drive growth across regions, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at or above a U.S. E5/Canadian PO2 or Sergeant.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans for value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross‑business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
