Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional accounts in the personal care segment, delivering growth and value.

You will build and execute annual sales plans, coordinate with TS&D and Marketing, and lead cross-functional teams to win opportunities across markets. Travel may be required.

This role partners with multiple stakeholders, negotiates favorable pricing, and cultivates strong relationships with global brand owners.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio—prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross‑business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
