Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to lead the recruitment process from first candidate interaction through interviews and onboarding. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain a smooth hiring workflow onsite.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recruiting or related business administration, strong communication, organizational skills, and an eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting or related business administration experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and familiarity with ATS systems (Lever preferred).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and CesiumAstro staff, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
• Manage job postings on various platforms, including the company website and external job boards.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates.
• Support the onboarding process by conducting pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and coordinating start dates.
• Pull reports on recruitment metrics through our ATS, Lever.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team on candidate experience.
