Job summary

CesiumAstro in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to deliver a thoughtful, high-quality recruitment experience from first interaction through interview. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews, manage communications, and coordinate logistics onsite.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in recruiting, strong organizational and written communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS systems (Lever preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ATS systems (Lever preferred).
• Strong multitasking, written and verbal communication, integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and CesiumAstro staff.
• Manage job postings on company site and external boards; draft postings and posting on state boards per AA guidelines.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding with pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and start dates.
• Pull reports on recruitment metrics through Lever.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team on candidate experience.
