Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator in Westminster, CO. You will coordinate interviews, manage postings on platforms and the company site, and maintain the ATS to track candidates.

You will support onboarding with background checks and start date coordination, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or related business administration experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and familiarity with ATS systems (Lever preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and CesiumAstro staff, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
• Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain listings in alignment with AA and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information and status updates.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates.
• Support onboarding by coordinating background checks, drug screens, and start dates.
