Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to manage interview logistics, coordinate with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers, and drive the efficiency of our Interviewer Success Program. You will act as the primary contact for your division and use data to inform decisions and improvements.

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in Recruiting at a fast-paced company
• Strong verbal and written communication with customer service mindset
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all interview logistics from request to conclusion
• Assist candidates with travel and hotel arrangements
• Update candidate records in Greenhouse and ModernLoop
• Navigate complex interviewer schedules and communicate with candidates via phone, text, and email
• Identify bottlenecks to improve scheduling efficiency and candidate experience
• Lead onboarding and mentor junior coordinators within the team
