Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the Recruiting for Recruiting function across multiple U.S. locations.

You will lead end-to-end hiring for recruiters and recruiting coordinators, developing sourcing strategies and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. In this role, you will operate within a matrixed model, aligned to TA leadership while guiding your own skill development.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Direct experience recruiting recruiters, recruiting coordinators, sourcing specialists, or other TA/People Operations roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, senior-level searches and calibrate candidates against a competency-based framework.
• Track record of mentoring junior team members on recruiting craft, interview technique, and stakeholder management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and build trust with hiring managers across levels.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator roles across divisions, from sourcing through offer and close.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust TA pipelines.
• Manage the interview process end-to-end and facilitate calibrated debriefs.
• Assess candidates against a competency framework for sourcing, stakeholder management, data, and candidate experience.
• Partner with TA leadership and hiring managers to understand capacity needs and define role profiles.
