Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company in Costa Mesa, seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to manage interview scheduling and related logistics. You will assist candidates with travel, maintain records in Greenhouse and ModernLoop, and coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure a smooth process.

You will need strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in Recruiting at a fast-paced company.
• Candidate-first mentality and strong customer service focus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work in-person at Anduril's Costa Mesa office 4-5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Manage all interview scheduling logistics from request to conclusion.
• Assist candidates with travel and hotel accommodations via Egencia.
• Update records and coordinate interviews in Greenhouse and ModernLoop.
• Navigate complex schedules and communicate with candidates by phone, text, and email.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve scheduling efficiency and candidate experience.
• Facilitate onsite interviews and partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the recruiting team.
