Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage interview scheduling and related logistics, supporting recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers. You will shepherd candidates through the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

You will coordinate travel and hotel arrangements, update candidate records, and look for opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Recruiting Coordinator or in Recruiting at a fast-paced company.
• Candidate-first mindset with strong communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage all interview scheduling from request to conclusion.
• Assist candidates with travel and hotel via Egencia.
• Update records and coordinate interviews in Greenhouse and ModernLoop.
• Navigate complex schedules and communicate with candidates via phone, text, and email.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Greet candidates, facilitate onsite interviews, and ensure excellent experience.
• Build relationships with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, interviewers, and coordination team.
