Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to manage interview logistics and serve as the go-to contact for the division. You will work with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to streamline scheduling and candidate experience.

You will also own onboarding, mentor team members, and drive process improvements with data-driven insights, while coordinating time/attendance and performance for direct reports as part of a lead path.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in Recruiting at a fast-paced, growing company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and internal relationships.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics related to interview scheduling from receipt of scheduling request to conclusion of interview process.
• Assist prospective candidates with travel and hotel accommodations through Egencia.
• Update candidate records and manage interview coordination requests in Greenhouse (ATS) and ModernLoop (scheduling tool).
• Navigate interviewers' complex and dynamic schedules.
• Correspond with candidates via phone, text, and email.
• Identify bottlenecks to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Greet candidates with poise and confidence, facilitate onsite interviews, and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders (Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, Interviewers, Recruiting Coordination team).
• Lead path: manage time/attendance/performance of direct reports (contractors).
