Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to independently manage interview scheduling and serve as the go-to contact for their division, partnering with Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to ensure a smooth process.

You will drive process improvements, onboard new team members, mentor junior coordinators, and use Greenhouse and ModernLoop to keep candidate records up to date while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in Recruiting at a fast-paced, growing company.
• Strong verbal and written communication with good customer service and stakeholder relationships.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics related to interview scheduling from receipt of scheduling request to conclusion of interview process
• Assist prospective candidates with travel and hotel accommodations through Egencia
• Update candidate records and manage interview coordination requests in Greenhouse (ATS) and ModernLoop (scheduling tool)
• Navigate interviewers' complex and dynamic schedules
• Correspond with candidates via phone, text, and email
• Find opportunities for interview process and system improvement, including bottleneck identification
• Greet candidates with poise and confidence, facilitate onsite interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, Interviewers, Recruiting Coordination team)
• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert within your assigned division, working with Recruiting leadership to manage performance and execution
• Participate in developing the Recruiting Coordination team through onboarding and mentoring
• Monitor team Slack Channels to resolve questions and issues
• Lead path: manage time and attendance, and performance of direct reports (contractors)
