Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to independently manage interview coordination, collaborating with Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to ensure a smooth process. You will own onboarding for new hires, mentor team members, and drive process improvements using data-driven insights.

Senior path may include time and attendance, performance, and engagement of direct reports.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in Recruiting at a fast-paced, growing company.
• Strong verbal and written communication with emphasis on customer service and stakeholder relationships.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics related to interview scheduling from request to conclusion.
• Assist candidates with travel and hotel accommodations through Egencia.
• Update candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS) and ModernLoop (scheduling).
• Navigate interviewers' complex and dynamic schedules.
• Correspond with candidates via phone, text, and email.
• Identify bottlenecks to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Greet candidates and facilitate onsite interview process.
• Build relationships with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers and interviewers.
• Act as SME within division and support leadership in performance and coordination.
• Lead path: manage time and attendance and performance of direct reports (contractors).
