Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager to own talent delivery for a Business Line. You will partner with BL leadership to translate programs into hiring plans, manage a recruiters team, and drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and technical roles.

You will balance strategic advisement with hands-on execution, own reporting and metrics, and lead cross-functional campaigns to ensure programs hit milestone-based talent targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of TA leadership with autonomous hiring for a business unit.
• Full-cycle recruiting in complex technical environments.
• Strong business acumen linking hiring to program milestones and revenue.
• Excellent analytics to drive prioritization and leadership storytelling.
• Experience leading surge campaigns and portfolio hiring.
• Autonomy in ambiguous environments with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end TA strategy for the assigned Business Line with headcount planning and hiring delivery.
• Advise BL leadership using market data, capacity models, and dashboards to shape the talent roadmap.
• Own hiring progress reporting and escalate blockers to leadership.
• Personally execute full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership and critical technical roles.
• Lead cross-functional hiring initiatives and surge campaigns across the BL.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to recruiters aligned to the BL.
