Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to partner with recruiters and hiring teams, understanding business needs and guiding the end-to-end hiring process. The role emphasizes delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting calendar and scheduling activities.

You will collaborate across teams, manage onboarding in Workday, and help coordinate travel and events while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting/HR or office experience supporting multiple professionals.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws; familiarity with insurance/financial services roles.

Responsibilities

• Represents Nationwide and provides a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Schedules interviews and ensures interview teams have resumes and schedules.
• Manages candidate travel, reimbursements, and greets candidates on arrival.
• Registers for recruiting events and ships materials to events.
• Keeps external job postings up to date on diversity and campus boards.
• Supports onboarding in Workday, including I-9s and background checks.
