Job summary

Carrier Enterprise in Orlando/Hybrid is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment operations, onboarding logistics, and new hire retention initiatives. You will manage candidate communications, coordinate background checks, and ensure compliance across departments.

Responsibilities include onboarding tasks in the HCM system and collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team to source candidates through traditional and collegiate channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR administrative experience.
• Experience supporting HRIS/HR systems (ADP preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external partners.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and progress in HR.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for applicants through pre-employment, interviews, offers, and background checks.
• Assists applicants in navigating the hiring process and onboarding steps.
• Monitors and follows up on background checks to support timely hires.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to support candidate sourcing and collegiate recruiting.
• Trains and communicates onboarding process expectations to hiring managers.
• Uses the HCM system to manage onboarding tasks and ensure compliance before start dates.
• Schedules and participates in new hire orientations and communicates policies, benefits.
