Job summary

Field of Talent is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist in a hybrid remote-capable role. You will own candidate touchpoints, calendar scheduling across time zones, ATS updates, and onboarding logistics, supporting fast, high-touch hiring for diverse searches.

You will operate within a Recruiting as a Service model, driving process improvements, reporting, and SLA-driven performance while maintaining strong communication with candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coordinating recruiting or scheduling.
• Hands-on ATS administration and workflow management.
• High-volume calendar management across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Drive interview scheduling and send prep notes, reducing no-shows.
• Manage candidate communications from first contact to offer.
• Maintain ATS updates, stages, and notes for accurate reporting.
• Coordinate offer letters, reference checks, and onboarding logistics.
• Identify scheduling bottlenecks and assist recruiters to unblock pipelines.
• Generate weekly scorecards on time-to-slate and response rates.
