Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, panel and onsite interviews across multiple business units globally.
• Manage interview logistics, travel and candidate reimbursements; greet onsite candidates.
• Audit Employment Agreements and ensure Background Investigations are completed before start date.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to troubleshoot challenges and improve the hiring process.
• Prioritize tasks across regions while maintaining efficiency, equity and candidate experience.
• Master ATS and recruiting tools (Workday, Goodtime, Google Suite, Slack) and contribute to regional/global projects.
• Leverage Tableau dashboards to provide insights to recruiting partners and educate teams on scheduling best practices.
• Contribute to both regional and global team-wide projects aligned to the Global RC vision.
