Job summary

Designer Brands is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support all phases of the recruitment process. You will manage our ADP applicant tracking system, post jobs, move candidates through the pipeline, initiate background checks, deliver offers, and onboard new hires while keeping reports up to date.

You will maintain detailed recruiting metrics, handle job code requests, coordinate interview scheduling, create compensation worksheets, and assist with vendor setup and recruiting expenses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, human resources administration, or related role.
• Experience supporting recruitment processes within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support all processes within our ATS – including job postings, candidate movement, background checks, and offer delivery.
• Maintain recruiting reports for open positions and external hires; update the Open Position Tracker.
• Finalize I-9 verification and manage contractor hiring processes and system setup.
• Schedule interviews and create interview agendas; support travel logistics for interviewing candidates.
