Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and candidate communication. You will work with Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to support a fast-paced growth rhythm.

Expect involvement in process improvements and a strong candidate experience. You’ll coordinate logistics using Greenhouse and ModernLoop, ensuring smooth onsite interviews at Anduril's Costa Mesa offices and other nearby sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as Recruiting Coordinator or in Recruiting at a fast-paced company.
• Candidate-first mentality with excellent communication.
• Ability to manage dynamic schedules and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all interview scheduling logistics from request to conclusion.
• Assist candidates with travel and hotel accommodations.
• Update candidate records in Greenhouse and ModernLoop.
• Navigate complex and dynamic interviewer schedules.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, text and email.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve scheduling efficiency.
• Greet candidates and facilitate on-site interview process.
