Job summary

Anduril is seeking an experienced senior talent advisor to lead complex hiring across the division. You will operate autonomously, shaping recruitment strategies and guiding process improvements with senior leaders.

You will use Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email to engage passive candidates, conduct initial interviews, build talent maps, and ensure a high interview-to-offer ratio while maintaining the candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in talent acquisition, preferably executive search.
• Ability to translate complex information into simple, data-driven narratives.
• Leadership in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with stakeholder alignment.
• Cross-functional collaboration and influencing organizational best practices.
• Knowledge of recruitment technology and innovative processes to meet TA goals.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to continuously improve candidate management and data extraction processes.
• Collaborate closely with the TA team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy and drive high-impact hiring projects.
• Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates and business reviews.
• Use tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email to engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Build talent maps and leverage market intelligence to adapt hiring strategies to competitor movements and trends.
• Represent Anduril's brand internally and externally to sell our value proposition.
• Elevate recruitment best practices to ensure a consistent candidate experience while driving efficiency on high-stakes projects.
