Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruiting for the recruiting function across multiple U.S. locations.

You will source, assess, and close recruiters and coordinators, building pipelines and partnering with TA leadership to meet hiring needs in a fast-growing defense tech environment. Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Direct experience recruiting recruiters, recruiting coordinators, sourcing specialists, or other TA/People Operations roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, senior-level searches and calibrate candidates against a competency-based framework.
• Track record of mentoring junior team members on recruiting craft, interview technique, and stakeholder management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across levels and functions.
• Data-informed mindset: track pipeline metrics and present market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator roles across divisions, from sourcing to close, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust TA pipelines.
• Manage the interview process end-to-end, including in-depth screens and calibrated debriefs.
• Advise on role design and leveling for TA positions and collaborate with leadership to shape hiring plans.
