Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across your portfolio, including G&A and technical requisitions.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to sustain hiring velocity.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvements and pilot programs to scale impact across global markets.
