Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. You will own full-lifecycle recruiting across G&A and technical functions, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines and drive process improvements.

You'll manage end-to-end recruiting across our portfolio, adapt to shifting priorities, and help scale the recruiting team for global markets while upholding data-driven decision making and responsible use of AI.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting in tech or high-growth environments.
• Experience closing candidates across G&A and/or technical roles.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and markets.
• Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle from mapping to closing.
• Data-driven with pipeline analytics to inform hiring.
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across your portfolio, with the flexibility to support both G&A and technical requisitions as business needs shift.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with hiring managers across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for your hiring teams.
• Contribute to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets.
