Coinbase, Inc. is hiring a Principal Recruiter to join the Core Recruiting team within People Success.

You will own full-lifecycle recruiting for senior-level roles across Core portfolios, partnering with senior leaders to design search strategies and ensure a high-quality candidate and interviewer experience. You will drive hiring velocity through pipelines built via sourcing and research, using data to optimize processes and scale recruiting across global markets, while applying AI responsibly

Competenze

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate metrics into strategic recommendations.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring depth and quality at each stage.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate/interviewer experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to improve hiring efficiency and surface bottlenecks.
• Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs to scale impact across global markets.
