You will own full lifecycle recruiting across G&A, Customer Experience, EAA and IT, partnering with hiring managers to translate needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate experience. You will build pipelines through sourcing and competitive research, maintain hiring velocity, and drive analytics to improve speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced growth environment.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets.
• Deep knowledge across candidate lifecycle from mapping to closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with actionable insights.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to close across your portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate needs into effective search strategies and great candidate experience.
• Drive data integrity and analytics to inform hiring efficiency and bottleneck improvements.
• Contribute to recruiting process improvements and scale programs across global markets.
