Coinbase is hiring a Principal Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle recruiting for senior roles across Core portfolios. You will partner with senior leaders, build pipelines, and scale processes globally in a remote-first environment.

With 8+ years of experience in tech recruiting, you will apply data-driven practices, source strategically, and drive improvements while using AI under human oversight to deliver high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate metrics into strategic recommendations.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level roles across the Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through sourcing and research to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency and bottlenecks.
• Design and pilot recruiting processes to scale impact across global markets.
