Job summary

Korn Ferry in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates for on-site engagements.

You will leverage ATS, develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and partner with Hiring Managers to deliver high-quality hires while focusing on candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Must be on-site 5 days per week in Williamsburg, VA.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience with Hiring Managers.
• 5+ years of requisition management from intake to offer.
• 5+ years of sourcing strategy and candidate pipeline development.
• Experience with recruitment metrics, reporting, and process improvement.
• Agency and third-party vendor management experience.
• Employer branding and candidate experience focus.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel candidate sourcing strategies.
• Interact with clients in a timely, professional way.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations.
• Manage recruitment process and candidate sourcing.
• Follow the client recruitment process for delivery.
• Use competency interviewing to shortlist candidates.
• Maintain candidate relationship management.
• Communicate opportunities and value proposition to candidates.
