Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the internal recruitment team. The role focuses on high-touch client relationships, full-cycle recruitment, workflow planning, and multi-channel sourcing for RPO accounts in a remote environment.

The Senior Recruiter will manage hiring processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage ATS expertise to screen, present, and place top talent across client accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• 5+ years of client facing experience with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
• 5+ years of competency and behavioral based interviews.
• 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 2+ years of sourcing, market mapping, Boolean searches.

Responsibilities

• Staffing of RPO client accounts including existing and new clients.
• Oversight and management of HCM process.
• Create, track, document HCM actions relating to hiring approvals and authorizations.
• Work with Regional Marketing Manager to drive campaigns for specific hiring.
• Understand local compensation bands and management of approval processes.
• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to source and recruit candidates per account.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of candidates, especially in hard to fill areas.
• Develop and maintain an external network of suitable candidates to fill revenue generating and key leadership roles.
• Proactive sourcing and screening for known promotions or movements.
• Candidate relationship management.
• Follow client recruitment process and use competency interviewing for shortlisting.
