Job summary

Korn Ferry in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates for on-site engagements.

You will leverage ATS, develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and partner with Hiring Managers to deliver high-quality hires while focusing on candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Must be on-site 5 days per week in Williamsburg, VA.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience with Hiring Managers.
• 5+ years of requisition management from intake to offer.
• 5+ years of sourcing strategy and candidate pipeline development.
• Experience with recruitment metrics, reporting, and process improvement.
• Agency and third-party vendor management experience.
• Employer branding and candidate experience focus.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

The Role

Korn Ferry is searching for a Senior Recruiter.

As a member of Korn Ferry, the Senior Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or off-site environment. The role focuses on high-touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client-facing activities. The Senior Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profile and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements
• Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner
• Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
• Conduct role briefing with clients and set expectations for recruitment process
• Process management and sourcing
• Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery
• Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates in presentation and short-list process
• Candidate relationship management
• Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value proposition

Required Skills

• Must be on-site 5 days per week (Williamsburg, VA)
• 5+ years of Full-cycle recruitment across all functions (Sales, Finance, Production, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Corporate) is Preferred
• 5+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
• 5+ years of Requisition management from intake to offer acceptance
• 5+ years of Sourcing strategy and candidate pipeline development
• Recruitment metrics, reporting, and process improvement
• Agency and third-party vendor management
• Employer branding and candidate experience
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of the greater Richmond and Newport News, VA area and markets.
• Strong preference for experience recruiting within the Electrical Engineering discipline
