Job summary

Guardian Tax in Irvine, CA is seeking a Sr. Recruiter for a full-time, in-office role to drive hiring across multiple openings and keep processes moving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn and other channels, screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews with managers, and build a strong candidate pipeline while meeting recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
• High energy and outgoing.
• Confident on the phone.
• Extremely organized.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings at once.
• Experience recruiting for sales, call centers, tax or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for multiple openings across a growing company.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct phone interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interview stages with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Follow up with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with job postings and recruiting campaigns.
• Track recruiting activity including interviews, offers, hires, and retention.
• Partner with HR and department managers to meet hiring goals.
• Develop creative ideas to attract top talent.
